• Calculation of Air Static Pressure & Air Speed.
• Selection & Sizing of Exhaust & Supply Air fan including Motor capacity.
• Minimum Sound level of Kitchen Exhaust & Supply Air System achieved.
• Fabrication of Duct Internal Insulation (Silencer) to further reduce sound level of Exhaust & Supply Air System.
• Acoustic Enclosure of Exhaust / Supply air fan.(To further reduce sound level of air fan including motor sound )
• Recommended fan type: Bifurcated type exhaust fan, Centrifugal type exhaust fan, Axial type supply fan or Electronic Air Cleaner. Country of Origin: Germany. (Warranty: – Fan’s casing & impellers: 2 years, Motor: 1 year, Electrical starter: ½ year). (Against manufacturing defect). Excluding wear & tear.
• Variable Speed Drive can be recommended to control the speed / air volume of exhaust & supply air fan.
• Fabrication of Exhaust hood, Baffle type grease filter, Exhaust / Supply Air ducting.
• Maximum life spent of sealant used between duct joints against oil leakage.
• 100% free from oil leakage between ducts joint: full welding. ( Only stainless steel & mild steel )
• Submission for approval by Professional Engineer to the authorities can be provided if required. (Charged separately)
